(MedPage Today) -- Case Findings: A 66-year-old Eurasian woman arrives at an emergency department in Malaysia with tongue swelling and shortness of breath. She also has a hoarse voice, and has trouble speaking in sentences. Her condition worsens despite treatment with intravenous corticosteroids, antihistamines, and intramuscular adrenaline. She reports eating salmon and caviar several hours before symptoms began. What is your diagnosis?
